Hanalei Land Company was founded in 1903 by Albert Spencer Wilcox, for the purpose of managing his Hanalei land holdings. Today, his sixth generation decendents continue the tradition of stewardship that he began. Hanalei Land Company, LLC. has grown to include Property Mangement, Residential and Commercial Project Management and Development, Sales as well as Real Estate Consulting.
